You'll lead early-career talent acquisition for a high-growth AI infrastructure company, building pipelines across technical and corporate functions. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle and serve as a brand ambassador at campus events. This role directly impacts scaling innovation with an energy-first approach.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to identify and source high-potential candidates across all departments.
- Own end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
- Manage intern-to-full-time conversion pipeline with high-touch experience.
- Track and report on pipeline health metrics including offer acceptance rates.
- Represent Crusoe at campus career fairs, conferences, and events.
๐ Requirements
- 4โ7 years of Early Career recruiting experience in high-growth technology.
- Passion for the intersection of energy, climate, and computing.
- Proficiency in using data to optimize hiring funnel and measure partnerships.
- Willingness to travel 15-25% during peak recruiting seasons.

- Experience in an early-stage or startup environment.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools like Greenhouse or Lever.
