You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle and serve as a brand ambassador at campus events. This role directly impacts scaling innovation with an energy-first approach.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and source high-potential candidates across all departments.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Manage intern-to-full-time conversion pipeline with high-touch experience.
  • Track and report on pipeline health metrics including offer acceptance rates.
  • Represent Crusoe at campus career fairs, conferences, and events.

  • 4โ€“7 years of Early Career recruiting experience in high-growth technology.
  • Passion for the intersection of energy, climate, and computing.
  • Proficiency in using data to optimize hiring funnel and measure partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel 15-25% during peak recruiting seasons.

  • Experience in an early-stage or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools like Greenhouse or Lever.
