As an M&A Associate at Cobalt Service Partners, you will be integral to the full transaction process, including financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and deal execution. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or M&A advisory
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Strategic and critical thinking abilities
• Humble, coachable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Financial statement analysis and financial modeling
• Transaction structuring and valuation
• Negotiation of Letter of Intent and legal documentation
• Operational and legal due diligence
• Debt financing and Board presentations
