You'll engage with customers via multiple channels to identify and resolve technical support requests, while diving into Datadog's 600+ integrations and training as a specialist in one or more product areas.   • Engage with customers via ticketing, live chat, and screensharing tools
  • Reproduce technical issues and explore 600+ integrations
  • Participate in product conversations with internal teams
  • Train as a specialist in one or more product areas

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company
  • Experience using Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software
  • Programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with observability or monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
