You'll engage with customers via multiple channels to identify and resolve technical support requests, while diving into Datadog's 600+ integrations and training as a specialist in one or more product areas. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via ticketing, live chat, and screensharing tools
- Reproduce technical issues and explore 600+ integrations
- Participate in product conversations with internal teams
- Train as a specialist in one or more product areas
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company
- Experience using Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software
- Programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux
- Fluent in English and Spanish
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with observability or monitoring tools
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
