💼 About This Role

You'll execute and optimize high-volume paid acquisition campaigns for a leading AI companionship platform, working closely with the CMO. Your day-to-day will involve campaign setup, creative iteration, and data analysis to support scaling from 40M to 100M users. This role offers autonomy in execution with continuous mentorship from senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily paid acquisition channels like Meta, TikTok, Google
• Monitor campaign performance and flag anomalies using Voluum and GA4
• Support creative briefing by analyzing performance data and suggesting angles
• Assist in setting up and testing new advertising platforms

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Familiarity with major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Ability to quickly learn new software and dashboards
• Analytical skills comfortable with data and Excel

• Knowledge of online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA)
• Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4 or Voluum
• Experience in regulated verticals like dating or telehealth
