💼 About This Role

You'll lead global financial operations for a mobile security leader, owning the month-end close, cash forecasting, and lender compliance. You'll architect AI-enhanced NetSuite automation and scale a team of five, ensuring audit-ready records for PE-backed growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes within 10 days
• Maintain 13-week rolling cash flow forecast and support covenant compliance
• Optimize NetSuite ecosystem and integrate AI-driven accounting tools
• Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 340-40 commission accounting

📋 Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience
• 3+ years as Controller or Assistant Controller
• PE-backed SaaS or recurring revenue software company experience
• Hands-on NetSuite optimization experience

• Big 4 or regional public accounting background
• ERP implementation or significant configuration project experience
• M&A diligence and post-acquisition integration experience
