You'll lead the delivery strategy and operational performance for Switzerland and Germany, overseeing client engagements and managing a team of Delivery Managers. Your core impact is ensuring client satisfaction, financial targets, and delivery excellence across the territory. This role stands out as it drives transformation initiatives and partners closely with Sales, Consulting, and Finance teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define staffing budgets and rolling forecasts with Practices and Consulting.
• Oversee client engagements defining scope, risks, and timelines.
• Manage resource allocation and staffing across consulting team.
• Monitor project performance to meet margin and client satisfaction targets.

📋 Requirements

• Proven leadership in managing complex delivery teams.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience in business development and client engagement.
• Awareness of AI in enterprise contexts.
