Description

In this hands-on role, you'll oversee analytics delivery for client engagements, building and optimizing data pipelines and measurement frameworks. You'll work directly with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and drive the evolution of our analytics capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data pipeline development (ETL/ELT)
  • Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (e.g., GCP, Databricks)
  • Working knowledge of Python or similar languages for data processing or automation
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Datorama)

Responsibilities

  • Support analytics delivery across client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and actionable insights
  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for reporting, forecasting, and measurement
  • Partner with client stakeholders to translate data into insights and recommendations
  • Support test design and analysis to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of new analytics approaches, tools, and processes
