You'll work as part of a driven team to unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for a growing customer base. Your mission is to efficiently scale technical solutions to enterprise customers, directly and by improving internal processes. You'll collaborate with Account Executives and architect bespoke solutions for technical contacts at prospective customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives in sales processes
• Work directly with customers to provide bespoke technical support
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations of product value
• Create technical enablement resources for sales team

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python with deep understanding of software architecture
• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
• Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences

• Passionate about AI and ElevenLabs products
• Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized
• Based in São Paulo, Brazil
