💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale our NetSuite services portfolio, overseeing complex NetSuite transformations and driving strategic client outcomes. You'll combine practice ownership with delivery excellence, client leadership, and team development. This role offers a chance to build high-performing teams and expand the practice in a fast-paced consulting environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple NetSuite implementation and transformation programs
• Serve as executive sponsor for key NetSuite client engagements
• Mentor and manage Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning and proposal reviews

📋 Requirements

• 10-14 years of ERP or IT consulting experience
• 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle, multi-entity NetSuite implementations
• Background in client-facing leadership, program delivery, and governance

✨ Nice to Have

• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant)
• PMP, Agile, or similar project/program management certifications
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
