💼 About This Role

You'll join the XP Inc. FP&A team to build financial models in Anaplan and analyze company spend, driving predictability and efficiency. This role is strategic with direct contact with business areas, turning data into decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate data between different company systems
• Automate processes using Databricks, Python, and SQL
• Build models in Anaplan system
• Execute monthly closing routines
• Structure management reports and KPIs for decision-making

📋 Requirements

• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of Anaplan or TM1
• Proficiency with SQL databases
• Experience with Databricks and Python

• Previous experience in Financial Planning
• Knowledge of Azure ecosystem and DevOps
