📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior sales and commercial leaders.
• Deep experience hiring across GTM functions (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Track record of building sourcing strategies for diverse, high-quality pipelines.
