💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow a high-performing PM team overseeing Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement domains at Affirm. Your work will directly shape the scalability and reliability of the company's core financial infrastructure. This role stands out for its strategic impact across engineering, compliance, and international expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of 6-10 product managers including people managers
• Define multi-year product strategy for Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement
• Serve as executive-level subject matter expert on loan lifecycle and payment rails
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, and more

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• 3-5 years managing and developing PM teams including people managers
• Deep experience in loans or lending systems and platform architecture
• Meaningful experience in money movement or payments infrastructure

• Familiarity with BNPL, platform products, or backend infrastructure
• Capital markets background
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools like Claude or Cursor
