Description

You will lead and bootstrap a new Enablement team, bridging product innovation and customer experience. You'll hire, onboard, and coach engineers while maintaining high standards for security and reliability, and occasionally contributing to the codebase.

Requirements

• 8+ years overall experience with 3+ years of engineering management and 4+ years as IC
• Experience leading highly technical teams and coaching teammates
• Experience building reliable, secure, and scalable systems
• Strong communication skills and systematic problem-solving approach
• Ability to contribute directly to development outside critical path

Responsibilities

• Hire and bootstrap a new team in Bengaluru
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Security, Design, Architecture and QA
• Assess and adapt engineering processes and best practices
• Prioritize work with stakeholders and provide context to team
• Run people management activities: coaching, 1:1s, performance reviews
