  • Create win-back plays for enterprise accounts
  • Engage directly with customer C-suite executives

  • 10+ years leading Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success teams
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership with renewals focus
  • Expertise in negotiation and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred
