πΌ About This Role
You'll lead renewal strategies and drive retention and growth across the enterprise portfolio in EMEA and APJ. Your core impact will be achieving renewal targets and strengthening Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This role offers the chance to shape policies and mentor a high-performing team.
π― What You'll Do
- Establish processes for cross-team collaboration on renewals
- Lead team to achieve account growth quotas
- Create win-back plays for enterprise accounts
- Engage directly with customer C-suite executives
π Requirements
- 10+ years leading Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success teams
- Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership with renewals focus
- Expertise in negotiation and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred
