Description

As Maintenance Technician III, you will handle complex work orders, mentor junior technicians, and lead preventative maintenance efforts in an apartment community. You'll perform repairs, maintain buildings and grounds, and ensure high-quality service while fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trade
• Valid driver's license
• EPA/HVAC certification
• CPO certification

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
• Restore vacant apartments to make-ready status
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
• Complete preventative maintenance per company guidelines
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to maintenance team
