Description

You'll work with CitySwift's Partner Management team to track performance, analyze impact, and tell compelling ROI stories using data. You'll support renewals, upsell conversations, and long-term customer satisfaction for public transport operators.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret and explain data clearly
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards or BI tools
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requests and deadlines
• Communicates clearly and respectfully in person and writing
• Some experience in a business, customer-facing, operations or data-focused role

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of product usage and service performance to demonstrate customer ROI
• Prepare and deliver customer-facing performance reports, presentations, and ROI insights
• Monitor key success metrics across customer accounts (e.g., reliability, efficiency)
• Maintain up-to-date internal data using Google Sheets and Hubspot
• Prepare materials for renewals, QBRs, and executive business reviews
