You'll act as a strategic partner throughout the product lifecycle at a fast-growing fintech platform, ensuring regulatory alignment and business goals. You'll draft and negotiate terms of service and customer-facing documentation, and manage relationships with regulatory authorities. This role offers relocation to Milan or Luxembourg and a hybrid working policy with unlimited PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft terms of service and customer-facing documentation

• Advise Product, Tech, and Marketing teams on legal solutions

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years in tech/fintech/insurance
• Expertise in commercial and consumer law
• Fluent in English and Italian
