You'll lead and grow the Communications Capture team in Dublin, building core data pipelines that ingest customer interactions from email, calendar, and calls. Your work directly impacts thousands of customers by ensuring reliable, real-time capture of revenue intelligence data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape the team's roadmap
• Design and architect long-term technical solutions
• Coach, mentor, hire, and grow individuals on the team

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience leading and developing growing teams
• Senior software engineer level industry experience
• Strong technical background with large-scale, cloud-based web applications
• Java proficiency (preferred but not required)
