Description

Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Consumer Risk within Affirm's Checkout team. You will own Credit, Pricing, and Fraud domains, scaling a risk-based decisioning system that balances growth, customer trust, and business outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, ML, analytics, and cross-functional leaders to drive responsible innovation in fintech.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership roles
• Deep experience with Credit, Pricing, and/or Fraud stakeholders
• Strong quantitative and analytical orientation
• Experience building and scaling platform and decisioning products
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision and strategy for Consumer Risk (Credit, Pricing, Fraud)
• Translate mission into clear product roadmap balancing growth, risk, and scalability
• Lead and scale a team of Product Managers, fostering high performance
• Partner with ML, Analytics, and Engineering to shape model-driven product experiences
• Set and own key performance metrics (approval rate, conversion, loss rate, LTV, fraud outcomes)
