Description

You will support the implementation and sustainment of robotic and automated systems for surface finishing and inspection, assist in developing manufacturing processes for laminar aerodynamic surfaces, and contribute to the successful completion of major projects for the Phantom 3000 finish system.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge in manufacturing engineering and assembly technical areas
• Ability to develop imaginative manufacturing processes or tooling designs
• Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and producibility analysis
• Ability to work under general direction on cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex manufacturing objectives

Responsibilities

• Support robotic programming, cell setup, process validation, and continuous improvement
• Assist in implementing and sustaining robotic systems for surface finishing and inspection
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for laminar aerodynamic surfaces
• Complete 3DX training and create MBOMs, BOPs, and work instructions
• Identify and resolve potential safety and quality hazards
