Description

You will oversee Convoso's computer infrastructure, ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment. This includes implementing hardware/software solutions, managing IT policies, and supporting business continuity.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with MDM/EDM tools (JAMF, Intune)
• 3+ years with Google Workspace, Atlassian, LastPass Enterprise, Jamf
• 6+ years troubleshooting MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android
• Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices
• Excellent planning, project management, and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer IT policies, network hardware/software, security, backup, and disaster recovery
• Manage hardware/software deployment for onboarding/offboarding
• Troubleshoot company hardware and employee home network issues
• Administer Google Workspace and SaaS tools (Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, LastPass)
• Manage VPN access, process improvement, and vendor billing
