💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve a source-driven Salesforce delivery ecosystem using Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and Second-Generation Packaging. Your work will directly impact product stability and engineering velocity. You'll drive high-frequency, reliable deployments without relying on change sets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design source-driven release strategy for multiple scrum teams
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated validation and packaging
• Manage package modularity, dependencies, and branching strategies
• Troubleshoot complex deployment failures and improve release cadence

📋 Requirements

• Salesforce DX and Git as system of record
• Experience creating and promoting Unlocked Packages or 2GP using SFDX CLI
• Design CI-driven deployments without Change Sets
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or CircleCI

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Scratch Orgs and sandbox workflows
• Knowledge of static code analysis integration
