💼 About This Role

You'll lead business development and client delivery for a growing middle market M&A practice, backed by New Mountain Capital. You'll directly shape strategy, influence outcomes, and drive high-impact transactions in healthcare. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a practice within a rapidly expanding, cross-functional platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead execution of deliverable workflows for middle market transactions.
• Develop new business across senior executives, private equity, and lenders.
• Review and analyze financial statements, modeling, and due diligence.
• Create and present client deliverables and negotiate transactions.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of middle market investment banking experience.
• Established book of business in the Healthcare sector.
• Maintains Series 79, 63, and 24 FINRA license or ability to obtain.
• Willing to work in office four days per week and at client sites.
