💼 About This Role

You'll lead training and sales enablement programs for Airwallex's HK & East Asia growth, working at the intersection of GTM, Product, and Commercial. You'll drive high-impact initiatives that support frontline teams and unlock new revenue opportunities. This role offers the chance to scale businesses and enable teams to win in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Commercial leaders to identify high-leverage enablement initiatives.
• Translate GTM priorities into actionable enablement programs.
• Develop and deliver onboarding, product training, and enablement experiences.
• Lead design and rollout of scalable content, AI tools, and systems.

📋 Requirements

• Track record of building and executing go-to-market enablement programs.
• Exceptional communication skills in written, verbal, and in-person settings.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Payments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Highspot).
• Knowledge of revenue operations and funnel analytics.
• Background in AI tools for sales enablement.
