💼 About This Role

You'll join Phantom's IT Engineering team to build internal tools and infrastructure that automate how the company runs. Your work will replace repetitive workflows with AI/LLMs and own identity and access systems across the organization. This role treats internal infrastructure like a product—designed, built, and continuously improved.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build internal tools that automate day-to-day operations
• Use AI/LLMs to replace repetitive workflows across teams
• Own identity and access systems (provisioning, permissions, lifecycle)
• Improve device management and endpoint infrastructure (macOS fleet)

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT engineering or platform engineering
• Experience with identity providers like Okta
• MDM/endpoint management experience (Kandji, Fleet, etc.)
• Experience with SaaS integrations and automation

• Built AI-powered internal tools or automations
• Worked in security-conscious or compliance-heavy environments
• Interest in crypto, fintech, or high-security systems
