You'll join TTEC Digital to support AWS environments and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your core impact involves owning incidents end-to-end and proactively monitoring Amazon Connect services. This role stands out by offering remote work and engaging with client-facing support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond, triage, and resolve incidents across AWS environments.
• Proactively monitor Amazon Connect and AWS services via CloudWatch.
• Execute configuration changes and support platform growth.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow.

📋 Requirements

• AWS production support experience.
• Hands-on AWS Lambda development experience.
• Working proficiency in Node.js, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or higher).
• Experience with contact center technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
