💼 About This Role

You'll be the core driver of revenue efficiency at WorkWave, transforming complex data into actionable insights for GTM leadership. Your work will directly impact annual planning and executive decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze pipeline health, bookings, and ARR trends to identify risks.
• Build executive dashboards in Salesforce and Looker/Tableau.
• Support bookings forecast and maintain sales data integrity.
• Provide ad-hoc strategic analysis for VP of RevOps and CRO.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets (index/match, pivot tables).
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-product solution offerings.
• Familiarity with enterprise software or subscription models.
• Experience with Pendo, Gainsight, or advanced RevTech tools.
