You will lead the transformation from manual operations to AI-driven, automated workflows at a mobility technology company. You'll manage a team, drive automation initiatives using Agentic AI and LLMs, and improve efficiency metrics while ensuring safety and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience, including developing mid-level managers
• Proven track record leading manual-to-automated workflow transitions
• Proficient in modern AI/ML tools, Agentic workflows, and LLMs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering
• Data-driven with advanced visualization and predictive metrics skills

Responsibilities

• Lead AI automation transformation with Agentic AI workflows and LLM-integrated tooling
• Manage and develop a team of 4, including one manager
• Identify, prioritize, and execute automation opportunities across operations
• Drive measurable improvements in throughput, yield, and cycle time
• Build AI/Automation KPI framework and establish metrics for automation impact
