You'll manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of client-facing employee benefits initiatives. You'll own project scope and schedules, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful benefits projects in a fast-growing insurance brokerage firm.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables for client benefits projects
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, identify dependencies, and track deliverables
  • Coordinate activities across internal resources and external partners/vendors
  • Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in employee benefits or insurance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in project management, business, HR, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM)
  • Experience with HRIS or benefits administration platforms
  • Knowledge of employee benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA)
