Description

You will work cross-functionally to enable satellite development and production flow, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to execute supply chain strategies and improve quality, cost, and delivery metrics for Starlink hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, supplier development/quality, or design engineering
• Experience with CNC, Injection Molding, or Castings preferred
• Knowledge of GD&T and metrology tools
• Willing to travel up to 25-50% and work long hours when needed

Responsibilities

• Improve quality, cost, delivery, and capacity metrics for mechanical hardware in Starlink satellite systems
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to understand part and assembly design intent
• Support procurement team in sourcing parts matched with supplier competencies
• Lead resolution of supplier quality issues through root cause analysis
• Define product technical requirements and ensure supplier compliance
