💼 About This Role

You'll lead operations and foster relationships with regulators for state-based insurance exchanges and CMS. Your core impact is bridging the gap between regulators and Oscar operations to ensure regulatory changes are implemented and monitored. This role stands out as the primary point of contact for all exchange calls and requests.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with departments to ensure compliance levels
• Provide training on regulatory compliance procedures
• Develop and implement compliance improvement plans
• Prepare for and conduct audits with external authorities
• Support account management for CMS and state-based exchange regulators

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year experience in health plan compliance
• 2+ years experience with State DOI health insurance rules and CMS ACA rules
• 2+ years experience managing high volume and complicated projects

✨ Nice to Have

• CHC, CCEC, or similar certification
• Experience in a start-up or health tech environment
• Experience with state-based exchanges and federally facilitated marketplace
