💼 About This Role

You'll join the App Analysis & Modelling team at MongoDB, building code analysis tools and schema recommendation engines that help customers modernize applications. You'll design scalable backend systems and contribute across the full stack using Python, Java, and React. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of analysis, data modelling, and AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write high-quality, well-tested backend and frontend code
• Design scalable APIs and data pipelines for code analysis features
• Collaborate with product management and engineers on roadmap delivery
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience with Python and/or Java
• Extensive experience designing scalable APIs and backend services
• Solid understanding of relational data modelling and SQL
• Experience with React and TypeScript or willingness to work full stack

• Experience with Large Language Models and AI-powered features
• Familiarity with code analysis or static analysis tooling
• Experience with MongoDB or cloud-native distributed systems
