💼 About This Role

You'll take responsibility for our logistics sites in southern Germany, managing facility management and launch projects for Fulfillment Centers and Last-Mile Hubs. You'll lead a team of facility managers and ensure smooth operations across all sites. This role offers the chance to shape infrastructure in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage launch projects from A to Z with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee all facility management aspects of FCs and Hubs in southern Germany.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of 3+ facility managers across locations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage external service providers per regulations.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of full-time work experience including leadership experience.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Technical knowledge and ability to quickly solve problems.
