You'll drive the technical vision and execution of our AI-native MDR platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. You'll lead architecture design and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on. This role balances strategic impact with technical depth in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive architectural decisions for core systems and services.
• Lead design and development of distributed backend systems and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership across the stack from backend to frontend.
• Mentor and up-level engineers through code reviews and design discussions.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in at least one backend language: Go, Python, or equivalent.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks: React, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Proficiency with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
