💼 About This Role
You'll manage key accounts for Paytm's payment gateway solutions, driving upsells and cross-sells to enterprise merchants. Your core impact is maximizing revenue within assigned accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. This role offers the chance to work with India's largest digital payments platform.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage portfolio of enterprise merchant accounts for payment gateway solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and CXOs.
- Drive upsells and cross-sells of payment products including UPI, Cards, BNPL.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and renewals with key accounts.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Finance, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in Key Account Management or Enterprise Sales in Payments.
- Strong understanding of payment gateway products, APIs, integrations, and settlement processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets and account growth.

- Analytical skills to analyze transaction data and trends.
