You'll join Rivia Mind as the first contact for new patients, coordinating patient intake and provider matching across multiple states. You'll ensure a positive patient experience through customer service, scheduling, and insurance verification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer patient phone calls, texts, and email inquiries
• Conduct insurance verification and update patient charts
• Schedule new intakes and coordinate provider matching
• Manage provider waitlist and process external referrals

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years customer service experience
• 2+ years office administration/receptionist experience

• 1 year medical office/healthcare operations experience
• Experience with insurance verification processes
• Familiarity with messaging scripts across channels
