• Act as bridge between Product, Design, cross-functional teams and engineers.
• Champion technical excellence through code reviews and release management.
• Balance product velocity with platform health, translating pain points into roadmaps.
• Optimize agile methodologies and unblock developers for predictable delivery.

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing full-stack engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience optimizing agile workflows and release cycles.
• Ability to bridge Engineering, Product, Design, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with the Unity Editor and its ecosystem.

• Experience working in larger companies, acting as interface with other teams.
• Experience creating gaming or 3D industry applications.
