Description

You will design and build scalable onboarding, certification, and enablement programs for partners like agencies and MSPs. You'll own enablement platforms, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure program effectiveness to drive partner activation and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in partner enablement, channel programs, or technical marketing, ideally in eCommerce or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of Shopify's partner ecosystem and partner business models
  • Hands-on experience with PRM and LMS systems (e.g., PartnerStack, Euler, HighSpot, Seismic)
  • Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced, distributed, remote-first environment
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and program optimization

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable onboarding, certification, and enablement paths tailored to partner type and function
  • Own and manage enablement platforms including PRM systems (e.g., PartnerStack, Euler) and LMS tools (e.g., HighSpot, Seismic)
  • Develop structured enablement programs for MSPs and ensure seamless execution across partner segments
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams for cohesive partner lifecycle delivery
  • Measure enablement effectiveness using metrics like partner activation, certification rates, and qualified lead contribution
