💼 About This Role

You'll support and champion the Perk Spend Platform, a core product at the heart of the business. You'll take ownership of daily customer requests and challenges, ensuring a seamless experience. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape the Customer Care function in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Triage and resolve Level 2 support requests for the Spend platform
  • Collaborate daily with the internal engineering team
  • Track and manage resolution of incidents and bugs
  • Handle customer inquiries and operational issues

📋 Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in customer support with 1 year in Level 2 support
  • Experience supporting technical concepts including APIs and SSO
  • Operational experience with high volume of external customer requests
  • Excellent English communication skills
