💼 About This Role
You'll support and champion the Perk Spend Platform, a core product at the heart of the business. You'll take ownership of daily customer requests and challenges, ensuring a seamless experience. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape the Customer Care function in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Triage and resolve Level 2 support requests for the Spend platform
- Collaborate daily with the internal engineering team
- Track and manage resolution of incidents and bugs
- Handle customer inquiries and operational issues
📋 Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in customer support with 1 year in Level 2 support
- Experience supporting technical concepts including APIs and SSO
- Operational experience with high volume of external customer requests
- Excellent English communication skills
