You will lead the Canvas Logic and Execution team, responsible for Braze's flagship marketing automation platform. You'll refine the system based on user feedback, expand capabilities for complex workflows, and drive engineering excellence at massive scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years management experience with strong track record
• Proven technical leadership in iterative product development
• Experience architecting large-scale platform initiatives
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with agile processes and tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CLX engineering team
• Contribute to architecture, development, and optimization of the platform
• Define efficient processes and foster engineers' growth
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Designer on product objectives
