You'll lead data-gathering initiatives for Workstream's robotics division, managing hundreds of participants to help robots learn. You'll drive participant acquisition and ensure weekly footage targets while maintaining data quality standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Video Data Contributors
• Oversee physical lab operations and multi-camera setups
• Monitor contributor engagement and implement retention strategies
• Lead data quality audits and update training materials

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Operations Management with distributed workforce
• Technical proficiency in multi-camera hardware troubleshooting
• Experience managing global teams across Philippines and US
• Analytical mindset to pinpoint training or recruitment failures

• Experience in AI Data Labeling or computer vision data collection
• Background in BPO Management or marketplace operations
