💼 About This Role

You'll lead and inspire a team of 20+ shoppers in our Nuremberg fulfillment center, ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll coach and motivate your team to achieve goals while collaborating with other team leads. This role offers direct impact in a fast-growing, sustainable company with a 100% electric fleet.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ shoppers daily.
• Coordinate with other team leads and shift management on FC processes.
• Ensure all purchases leave the FC on time, safely, and in best quality.
• Continuously improve logistics processes with leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or similar.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as team lead or similar leadership role in logistics.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and some Saturdays on a full-time basis.
