You'll support store leadership in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales at a pop culture retail store. Your role is crucial in training new team members and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position lets you combine your fandom passion with community impact through our meal donation program.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales transactions.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including register closeout.
- Help train new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist with merchandising, planogram changes, and store maintenance.
📋 Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail store experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

- Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Knowledge of KPIs like UPT and ADT.
