You'll lead IT operations for a fast-growing, cloud-first organization, designing scalable systems and driving automation. You'll oversee endpoint lifecycle, ITSM processes, and partner with security leadership to ensure secure, reliable infrastructure. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead IT operations and service delivery across distributed remote-first workforce
• Manage endpoint lifecycle including provisioning, patching, and secure device management
• Design and optimize IT infrastructure strategy across cloud and enterprise systems
• Drive automation-first transformation across IT operations and workflows
• Partner with security leadership to translate cybersecurity policies into operational controls

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure or operations
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing IT in remote-first or distributed environments for 200+ users
• Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace administration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with endpoint management and RMM tools (e.g., Kaseya)
• Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier, n8n, Make
