  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve motor claim issues via live chat and email
  • Manage your caseload and ensure accurate, complete information
  • Liaise with policyholders and external partners for seamless service
  • Make liability and indemnity assessments and flag intervention opportunities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • No insurance experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-facing role experience is desirable
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
