๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve motor claim issues via live chat and email
- Manage your caseload and ensure accurate, complete information
- Liaise with policyholders and external partners for seamless service
- Make liability and indemnity assessments and flag intervention opportunities
๐ Requirements
- No insurance experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-facing role experience is desirable
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
