💼 About This Role

You'll support the Customer Success Team at Octopus Electric Vehicles, advising customers on Salary Sacrifice schemes and driving engagement. You'll help launch partners and execute plans while building relationships and driving referrals. This internship is part of Octopus Energy's programme to address Black under-representation in the energy industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support accounts and partners from set up through renewal
• Work with Account Executive team to launch partners and schemes
• Support review meetings with clients and partners
• Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record of excellent customer experience
• Strong passion for Electric Vehicles, Energy, or decarbonisation
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to show a completer finisher mentality and understand processes
