Description
You will build and lead a high-performing sales team while personally producing in the field for our Atlanta territory. With full support from leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff, you will drive growth, cultivate new business, and oversee the success of your territory.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
- 2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing successful teams (Outside of roofing industry is considered!)
- Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales, along with lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
- Winning Attitude: A positive mindset and strong work ethic is a must
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front in the field (D2D, networking, referrals)
- Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, leveraging both retail and insurance-focused sales approaches
- Personally generate sales while guiding your team to reach and exceed targets
- Work closely with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support for your team
- Maintain high standards for client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and quality roofing solutions
