💼 About This Role

You'll join as an early Account Executive at Campfire, driving growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You'll work closely with the Founder/CEO to ramp up and leverage automation tools for scalable outreach. This role requires being in-office 5 days a week in San Francisco, with a focus on selling to software industry clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with ICP
  • Execute multi-channel outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn
  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiations
  • Track and report on key sales metrics and optimize workflows

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in full-stack sales role within software industry
  • Proven success in building and maintaining sales pipeline
  • Expertise in lead list building and automation tools
  • Proficient in CRM management and reporting (HubSpot)

  • Experience selling mid-market finance software (ERP, spend management)
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or startup within larger company
