Description

You'll lead international expansions and own critical aspects of direct tax compliance and reporting at Monzo, supporting the Group Tax squad with Pillar 2 implementation, European expansion, transfer pricing documentation, and international compliance.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant and/or tax advisor
• Proven experience in international tax and transfer pricing
• Energetic, hands-on capability, comfortable working autonomously
• Experience with European tax expansions (preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for OECD Pillar Two framework
• Own corporate tax and transfer pricing compliance for European expansion
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of Local Files and Master Files
• Manage direct tax compliance and reporting, help design Global Transfer Pricing policies
• Act as point of contact for internal teams on local tax advice
