🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach mature Agile teams to enhance collaboration and delivery performance
• Drive continuous improvement through targeted coaching interventions
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies reinforcing Agile principles
• Align Agile practices with organizational strategy across business units

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Agile environments with enterprise coaching
• 5+ years coaching mature Agile teams beyond initial adoption
• Strong expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks in real-world contexts
• Proven ability to improve Agile maturity and drive organizational change

• Experience in long-term Agile coaching engagements (2+ years preferred)
